Can I make a revision to my order? 

If you made an error when placing your order, please contact support@cuteandsimple.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist you. Note: once an order has been fully processed we cannot make a revision.

Where is my order?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, in transit times can vary between 5-7 business days. Be on the lookout for your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What items are returnable?

• See returns policy, but if any problem with your order please contact us.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 14 days of the purchased date. 

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

• Refund to the original payment method
• Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
