RETURN POLICY

Our return policy has a duration of 14 days to notify your intention to return and reason for it. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

You must send an email to info@cuteandsimple.shop within 14 days to evaluate the case and coordinate a new shipment or refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that can be returned are clothing, decorations, toys, shoes or other items not indicated in non-returnable items.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Products such as health or hygiene baby products, baby feeding set and cups cannot be returned. In the event that it presents a factory damage upon receipt. you must send an email to info@cuteandsimple.shop within 14 days after receipt to evaluate the case and coordinate a new shipment or refund.

Once your case sent to the email info@cuteandsimple.shop is received and evaluated, we will send you an email to notify you if you should send the item or not according to our return policies. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or reshipment.


If a refund is approved, a credit to your credit card or original payment method will be processed and automatically applied within 30 days.

  Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

   Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

   Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@cuteandsimple.shop

   Gifts (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received (in accordance with the return policy), a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  Transportation (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
